What are the requirements of the Villars Fellowship Program?

Villars Fellows are required to join the onboarding call at the beginning of their first year, to ensure they have a clear understanding of what the program is and what the role entails. It is also mandatory to take the first course of the Systems Leadership Program in order to participate of the Villars Symposium. This is key to establish a knowledge base on systems thinking and systems leadership to make the most out of this event.

After the first year of the program, Villars Fellows have access to mentorship sessions with cutting-edge experts in fields related to the Villars Institute focus topics and to engage in hands-on experiences through the Experiential Learning Program.

Additionally, Fellows continue to complete the Global Issues Survey once a year, and have the opportunity to attend events, apply to our partners’ learning programs, and much more.

How can I access the Villars Mentorship Program?

Are there any costs associated with participating in the Fellowship?

The Villars Institute seeks to ensure complete access to the program regardless of financial constraints. Courses, event participation fees, and programs’ costs are waived. Accommodation and travel to certain events such as the Villars Symposium is covered by participants as a contribution. However, if Villars Fellows are under financial aid or scholarships in their Talent Partner institutions, partners can request further financial assistance to cover these expenses.
