
A cohort-based mentorship program pairing experienced leaders in nature and climate with the Villars Fellows, building capability, confidence, and a durable peer network among the next generation of systems leaders.
Mentors: Experts from the Villars Institute’s network
Villars Fellows: All Fellows in Year 2 and Onwards are eligible.



























Mentors are matched with small groups of up to 8 mentees (minimum 3), delivering a minimum of two 1-hour sessions across the year (April–December), supported by a dedicated mentee coordinator.
Learning directly with and from mentors working across nature and climate.
Mentors and mentees are positioned to learn from each other, not a one-way lecture.
Connects mentees with others who care about the same global issues.
