The Villars Mentorship Program is designed to empower a new generation of Systems Leaders to thrive within planetary boundaries by fostering meaningful intergenerational collaboration and knowledge exchange between experts of the Villars Institute Community and Villars Fellows through a one-to-many model.
The program equips Villars Fellows with invaluable perspectives and guidance while enabling mentors to play a pivotal role in developing the mindset and skills of future leaders dedicated to driving transformative change for a sustainable planet.
The Villars Mentorship Program is a year-long initiative that begins at the start of each year and offers two main tracks. Villars Fellows can apply to join after completing Year 1 of the Fellowship.
Project Development Track: Villars Fellows are grouped by shared project themes and paired with expert Mentors. Over three touchpoints throughout the year, they receive guidance, exchange ideas, and track progress. Fellows also meet regularly for peer-learning as their projects evolve.
Knowledge Track: Each month, Fellows can register for interactive sessions led by diverse mentors who share key insights and personal lessons from their fields. Limited to 30 participants, these sessions foster meaningful dialogue and engagement.
