Program Overview
The Villars Intensive Program on Ecopreneurship (VIP-e) is a world-class, 7-day immersive experience for 30 exceptional young leaders eager to create sustainable solutions to global challenges. From August 3–9, 2025, participants will come together in Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland , to engage in transformative learning, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration.

VIP-e 2025 is led by two visionary entrepreneurs and program directors who have built sustainable, purpose-driven businesses from the ground up:
- Sofia de Meyer – Founder of Opaline™, Switzerland’s premier organic juice company, recognized for its commitment to regenerative practices and local sourcing.
- Sofi Khwaja-Horekens – Founder of Thesus™, Canada’s leading eco-footwear brand, pioneering sustainable materials and innovative design to redefine responsible fashion.
With their extensive entrepreneurial experience, Sofia and Sofi bring a unique combination of strategic insight, real-world expertise, and personal mentorship to the program. Throughout the week, they will be your guides, sharing invaluable lessons, actionable advice, and inspiration to navigate the challenges of sustainable business-building. All throughout, linking to real-word experiences from their own ecopreneurial journeys.
In addition to the program directors, participants will benefit from a curated team of world-class mentors—leaders, investors, and subject-matter experts—offering tailored guidance and one-on-one coaching. Whether refining business models, tackling specific challenges participants are facing, or addressing industry-specific questions, mentors will provide the personalized support participants need to advance their ventures to the next level.

Program Fee and Financial Assistance
The VIP-e 2025 program fee is 3'500 CHF, which includes:
- Accommodation for 7 days
- Daily meals and refreshments
- All program materials and workshops
- Unique nature excursions and immersive activities
To ensure that financial barriers do not limit access, we offer generous scholarships and financial assistance. The selection process is based on merit, passion, and ecopreneurial potential, putting aside participants' financial circumstances.
